  • Not always. For many quotes we can start with remote checks using your address and a few details from you. If we do need a site visit to confirm access, shading, or electrics, we’ll book a time that suits you.

questions we’re frequently asked

  • Yes. We can install battery storage on its own, or add a battery to an existing solar system. We’ll confirm compatibility with your current inverter/setup and recommend the best approach.

  • Your postcode/address, whether it’s home or business, what you want (solar, battery, or both), and your typical electricity usage (a recent bill is perfect). If you know it, your annual kWh usage helps a lot. Photos of your consumer unit/meter area and your roof (or any shading) can speed things up too.

  • We’re based in Plymouth and cover Plymouth, Barnstable, Bournemouth and anywhere in between. If you’re just outside that area, still ask — we can often help.
