The brief

The couple at Springfield wanted to make better use of solar energy at home, with a particular focus on supporting their electric vehicle. They needed a system that could generate clean electricity during the day, store excess energy, and help reduce the amount they needed to buy from the grid.

Simple Solar solution

We installed a 12-panel, 5.04kW solar PV system with 5.8kWh of battery storage, giving the household a practical way to generate, store and use more of their own electricity.

The result

The finished system is expected to generate around 5,146kWh per year. That solar energy can help power the home, support EV charging, and reduce day-to-day reliance on grid electricity.

With an estimated payback period of 6 years and 9 months, the Springfield installation is set up for strong long-term savings and a more efficient home energy setup.
